AYURVEDA I SOWA-RIGPA MEDICINA
Ayurveda and Sowa-Rigpa are two of the oldest preserved holistic medical traditions in the world. While Ayurveda originated in India, Sowa-Rigpa developed primarily in the Himalayan regions, especially in Tibet, and strongly integrates Ayurvedic principles, Buddhist philosophy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Both systems emphasize the deep connection between human health and the natural environment.
My blogging is a powerful tool for emotional growth and self-reflection, but it complements – not replaces – professional mental health care. Subscribe to blog posts, which are written solely from my own work and are not excerpts or entire chapters from my Books or Handbook. The blogging is primarily intended to help the reader better understand my Book, “Living Through Despair, Hope, Faith, and Love – A Handbook for Mental and Spiritual Health.”
The Book and Handbook are intended as a self-help guide or therapeutic resource without the direct, ongoing supervision of a therapist, counsellor, or physician. They were created through my 25 years of experience working with people and 7 years of studying Vedic psychology, to teach others to be joyful from the perspective of a practitioner of Sowa-Rigpa, a Tibetan medicine. This 387-page Book and Handbook guides you to explore the deeper dimensions of your mental and spiritual health, gently guiding you toward a more balanced, fulfilling, and joyful life.
Your special annual subscription – an annual payment model – gives you permanent access to my blog and includes a Free PDF copy of my Book “Living Through Despair, Hope, Faith and Love – A Handbook for Mental and Spiritual Health”. The blog has a very important purpose as a basic written material that serves students, but also those who want to study at the Institute for Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicine, Ayur Ashram.
