All systems of education and schooling for every human being on Earth, for us, too, represent a part of our life experience, which provides us primarily with material existence that is too often mistaken for happiness. In order to truly feel and experience Ayurveda, you yourself should begin this journey through practical experience, and all within yourself, at the place where changes occur, from the one who ignores to the one who begins to search.

Systematized education in Ayurveda is the basis for quality and safe practice and promotion. Through legal regulations within the World Health Organization (WHO), Ayurveda, recognized as a traditional system, has harmonized legal documents with documents, which Ayurveda knowledge comes from, Indian Ministry of Traditional Medicine (AYUSH). The main goal of this education is to enable you to offer people around you traditional knowledge and skills of Ayurvedic system, one of the oldest natural systems in physical therapy and rehabilitation. In Ayurveda, the focus is on balancing mind, body and soul, by using medicinal herbs, massage, yoga and special diets. Ayurvedic staff-cadre is a job sought after in medical institutions and practices, hospitals, spa and wellness centre’s (tourism), beauty salons and holistic centre’s (body and soul services), psychology and nutrition counselling (lifestyle, nourishment).

As an Ayurvedic staff-cadre, you will use your knowledge in order to develop an adequate nutrition program, as well as daily/seasonal routine, i.e. acquiring new life habits corresponding to the client’s current state – vikruti. The primary objective of education is to open-offer an activity after the end of the traditional activities in their environment. However, utmost important, that Ayurveda which you offer in your environment is reasonable, quality and the same as throughout the world. This means that the terms and implementation processes are similar / identical, and that the activity are geared to work, which is considered the offense to human physical well-being. In order to truly feel and experience Ayurveda, you yourself should begin this journey through practical experience, and all within yourself, at the place where changes occur, from the one who ignores to the one who begins to search. What it means to feel-experience Ayurveda and what it looks like, is impossible to describe with words, but we sincerely and wholeheartedly wish that the Smajo Safić Gupta, vaidya or Ayur Ashram Centre’s and some other similar place be your start of changing yourself and through it experience a Happy Life.
